DDC verifies accuracy of MICR information by utilizing a XYTEC Signameasure IV MICR Reader Scanner testing device. With the MICR capabilties of the Xerox 4635, security becomes a frequent concern. Data security is provided by IBM’s industry standard RACF security system. Access to the data center is controlled through keypads and card readers at each point of entry. Key work areas are monitored 24 hours a day through closed circuit television. Additionlly, a secured cage within the secured area is provided for extremely sensitive materials.
